How long will it take before I can set up my site?
About 2 working days, usually less.
How do I use an existing domain?
You will need to change the domain name settings (DNS) with your domain host. Our DNS settings are ns1.artabase.net and ns2.artabase.net. When you have changed these settings with your domain host, send us an email to let us know your domain. We will configure our servers to receive requests for your website. The changes take approximately 48 hours to complete. We can provide you with a temporary Artabase subdomain.artabase.net so that you can set up your new website prior to completing the redirection.
