How do I sign up?
Click here, it’s free! After providing your details a verification email will be sent to the address you provided. When you have opened the email and verified your email address you can Sign In to Artabase.
I cannot verify my account. What is going wrong?
If you copy and paste the verification code, you might also accidentally copy a space at either end of the verification code. This will stop the verification code from working. If you copy the verification code, make sure there are no spaces at either end.
If that does not work, there should also be a URL in the verification email. If you open the URL in your web browser it should verify your account.

Can I change my email address after I sign up?
Yes you can. Once you have logged in simply go to My Account > Profiles > General > Email and you will be able to update your email address. For security reasons you will need to verify your new email address before you can sign in with it.
I didn’t activate my account by verifying my email address, what can I do?
Try to sign in to the website. Artabase will automagically detect that you have not activated your account yet. You will receive a new email in your inbox with a new activation code. If the email does not appear in your inbox soon, check inside your spam box. Make sure you mark the email as not spam so that any future correspondence you receive from Artabase doesn’t get trashed.
